We sang this song in church the other day, and it brought back good strong memories for me of a women’s conference I went to where the Getty’s were the musical directors. I was introduced to this song and just loved it. Sung by a full congregation it sounds great as praise directed to the living Lord God eh?
Thought I’d share it with you.
This song speaks to of my favourite verse: 1 Peter 2:9-10
But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people
for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him
who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
Once you were not a people, but now you are God’s people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.
How God calls us his own.
Then we need to walk in that calling don’t we? Today.. be encouraged to do so. 🙂

Nice one. By Faith – sometimes so hard to do but as song touches me so well, this one does a good job of helping me be a bit stronger.
oh good, it does the same for me. 🙂
