So that’s the question you know… begging to be asked from this weeks word prompt. How can we make it work? Can we buy it? Heavens NO!!! (unless honestly we must) Rather we prefer to repurpose and remodel what we can. It’s more cost effective don’t’cha know?

with old 2 x 4’s it was a thrifty trick!

he’s repurposing from a bin.

Love this! My husband made some elegant octagonal pond covers out of two pallets. They keep the heron off the fish and are good to look at.
I would love to see what they look like. 🙂
Yes! We are big recyclers here! My husband gets plastic tubs from work I use as planters (raised beds for veg), we have a friend who gets us leftover “scratch and dent” lumber for other projects and another neighbor has access to left-over pallets. “Make it work” was what my dad always said!
